Citations:

• Mick is always happy to get in and do the less attractive jobs. he's constantly setting up and packing down the field He's also always picking up dog poo from the playing surface.
• He also got in and cooked breakfast for the LegueTag girls after their Grand Final
• Mick is always early on game day, several times during the season Mick would turn up earlier set up the field and then go home and come back again to help.
• As well as being Manager for the OLLT he always supported the boys at home and away games.
• Mick always offered help to do whatever was needed on Game day. He even stepped into the canteen on his way back to the sheds at then end of a OLLT Friday night home game and worked in the canteen as it was very busy.
