General Policies:
- Children’s parties up to 18th birthdays are NOT permitted.
- 21st birthdays and other functions as deemed necessary are subject to security requirements and associated costs.
Fees:
- Venue Booking Fee (6 hours): $200 for members, $300 for non-members.
- Extended Time: Functions exceeding 6 hours are charged at $45 per additional hour.
- Custom Bar Levy: $100 for a custom bar range.
- ¹ Refundable Bond: Up to $300, at the Club’s discretion, to cover minor damages.
- Minimum Bar Spend: $500 to cover staff and stock. Any shortfall is payable immediately after the event.
- ² Security: (If required) $71.50 per hour per guard.

Bump In:
- Venue Access: Must be pre-arranged through designated contacts.
- Decorations: Must be pre-approved. Must not damage the venue and must be removed post-event.
Security:
- ² Security may be required at the Club's discretion
- One guard per 50 guests, or part there of
- Security will be required from start event time to 30 minutes after event closing
- Helensburgh Tigers RLFC reserves the right to decline a booking at any time.
- Helensburgh Tigers RLFC reserves the right to shut down a function at any time
Cleaning:
- The venue will be commercially cleaned post-event. Bulk rubbish (Bagged) must be removed by the hirer.
- The venue must be left in the condition it was found (i.e., tables/chairs stacked, rubbish removed).
Food:
- Reasonable food must be provided during the function. Catering is the hirer’s responsibility.
- Spits and cooking facilities are allowed, subject to prior approval.
Venue Dimensions & Capacity:
Venue Capacity guidelines are based on the following
- 1 person per 1 square meter for standing areas.
